We are not is ex 'Satellite installers' but professional Community Television system engineers.
The systems are professional, of the highest quality, we only use class 'A' processing equipment.
We pride ourselves in the correct design, and installation of Community Television, which is a complex network of satellite and/or terrestrial TV and Radio reception, correct signal processing, management, conversion and trans-modulating, logistics and distribution to each house with a signal that is of high quality and reliability.
Our systems are digital and need a set top box, it is the only way to go to keep reliability and excellent quality pictures.
Analogue and High Frequency (SAT. IF) TV signals don't travel down cables very well
(So avoid Analogue systems, although they may be a little cheaper they are of poor quality and troublesome). SAT IF systems are for small communities and apartment blocks.
Connect Communications have installed into large and small communities from 50 houses to 380,they are generally 'Free to Air' systems from the Astra Group of satellites, the same used for the TV
coverage of the UK. Some systems employ CAM (encrypted) and need a legally registered viewing card.
Connect Communications is a "trading as" company and we can supply all the company details for your community administrator if you wish, we can also supply reference of our professional service, plus, if you want to visit to any of our completed systems you will be impressed with the picture quality.
We use only professional equipment in our installations, from the Satellite dish, through the LNB plus the processing equipment to the Set top Boxes.
